Goat vs cow: a completely unbiased investigation
We put both meats on trial. The jury was hungry. The verdict was messy.
Goat meat has a strong personality. It does not hide. You taste the pepper, the spice and the animal's whole life story. It is chewy in the way that makes you respect it.
Cow meat is calmer. It soaks up stew like a sponge and goes with everything. It is the meat you bring home to meet your parents.
Our kitchen team voted. Goat won by two votes, and the cow supporters asked for a recount. The recount also involved eating.
The honest answer: goat for pepper soup and asun, cow for stew and big meat on a party plate. You don't have to choose. That's why the menu has both.
