The food
How much food is in one plate?
A lot. Every Òwàmbé plate is a party-sized portion that comfortably feeds 2–3 people. Ordering for a family of five? Two plates usually does it.
How much is a plate?
A flat ₦5,000 per plate, and one protein is on the house. Extra proteins and sides are priced on the menu as you add them.
What can I put on my plate?
Pick one of three bases: rice (jollof, fried rice or both), swallow with soup, or Ewa Agoyin with bogan and bread. Then choose your free protein and add any extras.
Is the food spicy?
Our jollof and stews carry a proper Lagos kick. If you want it milder, add a note at checkout and the kitchen will go easy on the pepper.
Ordering and delivery
When can I order online?
Online orders run from 9am to 6pm every day. The restaurant is open for sit-down from 9am to 10pm.
Where do you deliver?
Across Lagos, including Ikeja, Alimosho, Egbeda, Akowonjo, Gbagada, Yaba, Lekki, VI, Surulere, Oshodi, Ajao Estate, Ijegun and Ajah. Delivery runs through Chowdeck and Glovo.
How do I place an order?
Tap Build my plate, choose your base, protein and extras, add the plate to your basket, then check out. All food orders are placed here on the website. From your dashboard, tap Put me through how to order for a guided walkthrough.
How do I track my order?
After payment you get an order reference. Open Track order (or the Live order card on your dashboard) to watch it move from Paid to Attended to, Packed and Collected.
Payments, wallet and receipts
How can I pay?
Pay securely by card, bank transfer or USSD through Paystack, or use your Òwàmbé wallet balance at checkout.
What is the wallet?
A prepaid balance on your account. Top it up once and pay for future orders in one tap. You can see every top-up and purchase in the Wallet tab.
Where do I find my receipt?
Open your dashboard, go to Receipts and tap View / print on any order or donation. Every paid order also has its own receipt link.
My payment went through but the order did not show.
Open your dashboard and tap Resume on the order if it appears, or contact us with your Paystack reference. You will never be charged twice for the same order.
Your account
Do I need an account to order?
An account lets you track orders, keep receipts, use the wallet and earn a free plate after every 10 paid plates on your loyalty card.
I forgot my password or security answer.
Use Forgot password on the sign-in page. If you are locked out of your security question, send us a message from the Contact page and we will help.
How does donating work?
Every ₦5,000 you give sends a full plate to someone in need at our next feeding drive. Your donations and impact show in the Giving tab.
